SCULPTRA

Are you troubled by hollow areas or lost volume around the temples, cheeks, chin, or chest? Sculptra® treatment, sometimes known as a “liquid facelift,” may be the answer to restore lost volume by boosting collagen production with long-lasting results. Divine Laser & Anti-Aging MedSpa offers Sculptra® for patients in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and the surrounding areas of Florida.

Sculptra in Daytona Beach, FL

designed to address volume loss and hollowness
of the cheeks, temples, and even jawline

Sculptra® is an injectable poly-L-lactic acid, a form of lactic acid, which stimulates collagen production to help tissue volumize gradually over time. Sculptra® is designed to address volume loss and hollowness of the cheeks, temples, and even jawline. It’s the first FDA-improved injectable treatment for restoring lost facial volume due to illness or aging.

While Restylane® and Juvéderm® are effective at treating deep folds and wrinkles, Sculptra® excels at creating the volume and structure necessary for fillers to make a significant difference.

Am I A Candidate for Sculptra?

If you are bothered by volume loss or hollow areas around the cheeks, temples, or chin, you may be a good candidate for Sculptra®. Sculptra® can even be used to add volume to the décolletage and neck area and firm sagging skin around the knees. While most Sculptra® patients are older or have been affected by significant weight loss, almost anyone troubled by lost volume can be a good candidate for Sculptra®. To find out if you’re a candidate, schedule an appointment at Divine Laser & Anti-Aging MedSpa in Daytona Beach.

How Are Sculptra Injections Performed?

Sculptra® treatments in Daytona Beach are performed in an office setting in a procedure that takes no more than 20 to 30 minutes. During your appointment, your Sculptra® plastic surgeon will mark precise points on your face for injection and apply a topical anesthetic. Unlike some dermal fillers, Sculptra® is carefully injected under, not into, the skin using a very fine syringe. The treatment area will be massaged afterward to distribute the Sculptra® suspension throughout the area.

Sculptra® injections are performed in a series of sessions spaced about two weeks apart. The amount of sessions you will need depends on the degree of volume loss and may range from two to four Sculptra® treatments to up to seven Sculptra® treatments.

What Is Recovery Like After Sculptra Injections?

Sculptra® does not produce immediate results. You will see results gradually over a period of weeks to months as your body increases collagen production. Sculptra® treatment has no downtime and most people return to work or normal activities immediately after their appointment. You may notice redness, swelling, and tenderness at the injection sites, common side effects with any injections. These side effects will dissipate on their own over a period of a day or two.

Before & After

How Long Will My Sculptra Results Last?

Most dermal fillers only last around one year, but Sculptra® results last about two to three years after completing a series of treatments. That’s because Sculptra® triggers the formation of new collagen for long-lasting results. While your Sculptra® results will fade gradually after a couple of years, you can maintain your results with repeated Sculptra® treatments in the Port Orange and Ormond Beach area.

How Much Do Sculptra Injections Cost?

On average, Sculptra® injections in the Ormond Beach area cost about $200 to $700 per treatment area, which is comparable to most dermal fillers. The cost for your Sculptra® treatment will depend on the number of injections or vials you will need to achieve your aesthetic goals. During your initial consultation, we will create a custom treatment plan and give you an accurate estimate of the cost.

Other Dermal Fillers & Injectables We Offer

Dysport®

Dysport® works by using an active ingredient called botulinum toxin. When injected into the treated area, the botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the underlying muscles and reduces the appearance of what we call “dynamic” wrinkles.

Radiesse®

This filler works to plump the skin and create the appearance of a smoother, more youthful surface. Radiesse® is typically used to smooth moderate to severe facial folds and wrinkles, replacing lost volume, and creating a lifting effect of the midface.

Botox®

Botox® works to reduce the appearance of fine lines by temporarily disrupting the signaling process neurons need to communicate with muscles. The result is that muscles responsible for “dynamic” wrinkles and fine lines are paralyzed and the appearance of the wrinkles will be dramatically reduced.

Sculptra® is a revolutionary injectable that can restore volume to the face, chest, and other areas that has been lost due to aging, illness, or weight loss. Our plastic surgeon offers Sculptra® injections for patients in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Palm Coast, and Port Orange. Contact Divine Laser & Anti-Aging MedSpa to schedule your free consultation to find out if you can benefit from Sculptra® injections.
