Brian Ratzel, MD here and delighted to announce that I am the new Medical Director for Divine Laser & Anti-Aging Med Spa in Ormond Beach and am truly excited to work with my colleagues in this health boosting facility. My own journey starts in New York City where I was born and lived in until I graduated college at Columbia University in 1984. Thereafter I migrated only a short way eastward to Long Island where I spent the next 20 years going to medical school at SUNY at Stony Brook, doing my residency in Emergency Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, and then starting my career at North Shore University Hospital. Thereafter my career has led me to administrative and clinical positions in emergency departments in Georgia, then western Florida and finally the east coast of Florida. I am very proud of my wife and the work she does as a physical therapist, and my two sons who are both married and in the workforce. Family and well-being are essential to me and my lifestyle, thereby this new endeavor at Divine Laser is “just what the doctor ordered”.

Dr. Sienna Steckel is an expert in Regenerative Medicine, helping patients to reverse their biological age and become the best versions of themselves.Dr. Steckel is an emergency medicine physician who has dedicated the second season of her professional career to researching new and optimal ways to enhance the lives of her patients. This quest has lead to extensive training in precision medicine, peptides, ozone therapy, bio-identical hormone optimization, functional medicine, mitochondrial and cellular health, ketamine assisted psychotherapy, light/frequency/magnetic and harmonic modalities, mindfulness and identity structures, advanced biologics, and so much more.Dr. Steckel brings her enthusiasm and knowledge of personalized health optimization to every patient encounter.

Divine MedSpa was founded in 2015, meet Lori the visionary behind it all. She is a passionate entrepreneur with a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of others. Lori holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. Her journey with lasers and skin care began in 2002. She is a certified trainer for Cutera Lasers, training physicians and mid-levels on multiple platforms and modalities. Lori was born and raised in Puerto Rico and is bilingual in both English and Spanish.When Lori is not in the office you can find her in an educational training/workshop, or on her yoga mat. Erika currently attends University of Central Florida pursuing her bachelors degree in kinesiology. She plans to continue her educational journey into PA school, with hopes to one day have her own practice. As the social media coordinator and content curator she aims to connect with our audience and educate them about the benefits for all our treatments and products.In Erika’s spare time she enjoys spending time with friends/family, hiking, and the beach.

Graduate of the University of Nebraska and more than 20 years of professional and military medical experience, Mr. Blevins is our practice’s laser specialist and the highest volume injector of fillers and Botox® in Central Florida.Mr. Larry Blevins is a highly trained PA, specializing in cosmetic procedures and the art of laser skin rejuvenation. He is the highest volume cosmetic injector in Central Florida. Larry received his training at the University of Nebraska while serving as a medical officer in the U.S. Army . Larry deployed twice to Iraq and worked inside the trauma unit at Ibn Sina Hospital in Baghdad. He has over 20 years of experience and resides in Fruitland Park with his loving wife Carrie Blevins and his 3 Beautiful daughters.

Angela Ugarte began her career in the healthcare field 22 years ago. After years of working as a certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, she decided to shift her focus to the field of aesthetic medicine. In 2021 Angela completed an extensive fellowship with the American Foundation for Aesthetic Medicine (AFFAM). She received her certificate of completion and shortly thereafter joined the VIP family. Angela is a talented injector and has worked diligently over the past two years to learn the art of beauty and how to create a natural, youthful look for her clients.

Please help welcome Chantel N. Crespo. Chantel has been working in the skincare and laser industry for the past 19 years. She has an impressive background in the laser, skincare and beauty industry with training on PRP Microneedling, Morpheus 8, Vivace RF, Laser Hair Removal, IPL, Hydrafacial, Diamond Glow, Glo2Facial, Medical-Grade Peels and many other modalities. She graduated from Florida College of Natural Health where she received her Laser and Electrolysis license. She also graduated from International Academy for Hair, Skin, and Nails where she received her Florida License for Medical Aesthetics.Chantel has studied and practiced effective skincare analysis techniques and numerous advanced medical treatment programs since 2004. She has extensive knowledge and training in regards to many medical grade skin care products which include SkinMedica®, SkinCeuticals®, ZO®, Glytone, Glo Minerals, Revision® and many others. She truly has a passion for educating her clients on skincare, aesthetic and laser treatments as well as customizing treatment plans for her clients to help achieve their aesthetic goals.
